GEAR GUARD® offers service plans on items that are mechanical or electrical in nature. Items included (but not limited to):

Camping gear (tents, generators, sleeping bags, backpacks, metal detectors, camping furniture)
Hunting optics, game cameras, blinds, electronic game calls, soft gun cases, meat processing, grills, smokers, fish fryers
Fishing rods, reels and soft tackle boxes
Marine electronics (fish finders, trolling motors, GPS units, radios, battery chargers, spotlights, downriggers)
Electronic devices (electronic games, watches, weather electronics)

File A Claim

Having problems with your product and need to file a claim? No problem! We've got you covered!

Please be sure you have a copy of your receipt and your product nearby for reference. The online claims process should take approximately 3 - 5 minutes to complete and will require you to answer a series of questions to validate the product information and failure reason. Prior to beginning the claims submission process it is required that your product be registered. Please register your product by following the online process above or call us at 877-920-4400 for assistance.
