Q. During what hours may I set up a claim?

A. The call center is open 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. central time Monday - Friday and 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. central time on Saturday.

Q. How do I set up a claim for a defective product?

Please phone us at 877-920-4400 to set up a claim. You are required to ship your defective unit into our asset recovery center. Once received and verified, a gift card will be issued for the retail price of your product.

Q. How long will it take to receive my gift card?

You are required to ship your unit into our asset recovery center, your gift card will arrive within 14 business days from the date your product was received.
