A. You can submit a claim for a replacement plan anytime online 24/7. Alternatively,for repair claims and additional assistance, the call center is open 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. central time Monday - Friday and 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. central time on Saturday and can be reached at 877-920-4400.

Q. How do I set up a claim for a defective product?

You can submit a claim online for replacement plans here 24/7. Alternatively, for repair plans and/or additional assistance, phone us at 877-920-4400 from 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. central time Monday - Friday and 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. central time on Saturday. You are required to ship your defective unit into our asset recovery center. Once received and verified, a gift card will be issued matching the retail price paid at the time of purchase.

Q. How long will it take to receive my gift card?

You are required to ship your unit into our asset recovery center, using the shipping label provided upon submitting your claim. You can check your claim's status here, you will need to reference your claim number and zip code. Your gift card will arrive within 14 business days from the date your product was received at our asset recovery center.
