Available for eligible products from $25 to $499.99:
- Coverage begins after the store's 60 day return policy.
- 1-time use.

Claim can be made in-store, online, or over the phone.
- In Store - Bring product with you, and a gift card for the pre-tax amount of purchase will be handed to you that day in exchange for the approved, damaged product!
- Online or Over the Phone - a pre-paid shipping label is generated for your convenience. Once we receive the product and approve the claim, you will receive a gift card for the pre-tax amount of purchase.
3-Year Repair Plan
Available for eligible products from $500 to $5,000:
- Coverage begins on date of purchase.
- Multiple claims can be made (without repair costs exceeding the purchase price).
- Claim can be made in-store, online, or over the phone. Arrangements will be made to repair your product if applicable.
- If the product is determined unrepairable, you will be issued a gift card for the pre-tax amount of purchase.
- No Deductibles!
What if my product has a Manufacturer's Warranty?
The following facts are true for most, manufacturer warranties:
- Manufacturer warranties offer limited coverage that sometimes does not include ACCIDENTAL damage! However, accidents happen, and Gear Guard has you covered!
- Manufacturer warranties do not have instant gratification when processing a claim. With Gear Guard, a customer can bring their claim into the store to receive and use their Gift Card the SAME DAY!
- With manufacturer warranties, deductibles and some shipping and handling fees may apply. Gear Guard has no additional fees, no deductibles, and we cover shipping and approved labor 100%!
- Manufacturer warranties replace your damaged product with the same model. Under a Gear Guard replacement claim, the customer receives a Bass Pro Shops/Cabela's Gift Card for the pre-tax purchase price! This can be used to buy the same product, or put toward an upgrade!
